These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Parenty app and this website, operated by Stavros Georgiou ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using Parenty you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Parenty helps you record and keep track of the medicines, doses, temperatures, symptoms and doctor visits you enter. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical or dosing advice, and it doesn't check whether a medicine or dose is right for your child.
Don't misuse the app or its services: for example, don't try to access other families' data, disrupt or reverse engineer the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
Your family's records belong to you. How we collect, store and protect them is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and its cloud data at any time from Profile settings.
If you downloaded Parenty from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
We work hard to keep Parenty reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, change or remove features, and the service may occasionally be unavailable, for example during maintenance.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for harm resulting from relying on the app instead of medical advice or from reminders that were missed or delayed. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Parenty after a change, the updated Terms apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. This doesn't take away any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
