At Parenty, operated by Stavros Georgiou ("we", "us", "our"), protecting your family's personal health information is our highest priority. This Privacy Policy explains how data is collected, used, and safeguarded when using the Parenty application.

1. Information We Collect

To provide medication scheduling and health tracking, Parenty collects:

• Profile Information: Child names or display pseudonyms and profile colours, and your @username if you use family sharing.
• Medication & Health Data: Medicine names, dosage schedules, doses given, temperature readings, symptoms and notes, and doctor contacts and visit details you choose to add.
• Account Information: Your name and email address from Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple, used for authentication, backup and synchronization. We never see your Google or Apple password.
• Diagnostics: Anonymous usage analytics and crash reports (Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics) that help us fix bugs and improve the app.
• Purchases: Premium purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. We never receive your payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to provide and improve the app's functionality:

• Sending timely dose reminder alerts and notifications.
• Backing up your data and syncing it across your devices and the family members you invite.
• Generating exportable health reports for your family and pediatrician.

3. Data Protection & Security

Your data is stored with Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted by security rules so that only you and the family members you invite can read your family's records. You can also lock the app with Face ID, Touch ID or your fingerprint.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal or health data to advertisers or third parties under any circumstances. We only use the service providers named above (Google Firebase, Apple, Google Play and RevenueCat) to run the app.

5. Deleting Your Data

You can delete your account at any time from Profile settings in the app. This deletes your account and its cloud data. You can also email us to request deletion.
