Create a free Parenty account, then tap the title at the top of the screen and choose Daycare mode, or go to Settings → App mode. Set up your daycare's name and username, and you're ready for your first family.
Parents with Premium go to Settings → Account → Daycare access and type your daycare username, or scan the QR code you show them from Daycare mode. You accept the invitation, and the family appears in your list.
Only the children the parents chose and their medicines, with when the last dose was given and when the next one is allowed. You don't see the family's own records, doctor visits, reports or notes, and you can't change their medicines or children.
Access ends on the date the parents chose, or when they end it, and the family leaves your list. If the family's Premium ends, access pauses until it's back. Everything you logged stays in your History.
Yes. Daycare mode is for anyone who looks after other families' children. It's free for one family invited by a Premium parent, so a nanny or grandparent helping one family doesn't pay.
No. It needs an internet connection, so parents see every entry straight away and you never give a dose based on an old last-dose time. Nothing about a family is kept on your phone.
Yes. One account can be both. Switch between Daycare mode and your own family from the title at the top of the screen. Parenty Daycare includes Premium for your own family.
